Flat Fee Estate Planning Packages

The following is a sample of packages I offer for estate planning services involving non-taxable estates. Please note that these listed fees are only an estimate and will vary depending on the complexity of your unique circumstances. For example, if you have significant assets, a child with special needs, or a blended family, my fee may be higher. Additionally, detailed, unusual, or complex requests may increase the cost of your plan.

I believe in full transparency regarding my fees, and will always quote you a flat fee based on the nature of the legal services you need. That way, you will know exactly how much your legal services will cost and can budget accordingly. The flat-fee arrangement also encourages attorney-client communication because you never have to worry about getting charged for contacting me with a quick question – all communications are included.
