Over the next few months, I will be preparing to launch a completely Web-based law office that will give busy Texas parents the ability to prepare their wills, trusts and estate plans from the comfort of their homes. It is a concept I have been investigating for a while now, and I am excited that it is finally becoming a reality. Stay tuned. I hope to launch on January 4, 2010.
